14 Day Refund Policy

Our 14 day refund policy allows you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If your request for a refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the following conditions apply to our refund policy:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Subscription Boxes "KPop Krates"

Our 14 day refund policy also applies to subscription boxes. If you are not satisfied with your subscription box, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The following conditions apply to subscription box refunds:

  • The items in the subscription box must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you have received more than one subscription box, you are eligible for a refund only for the most recent box. Previous boxes are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund for your subscription box, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
