Shipping info
We just wanted to let you know about how we handle our products. Some of the items we have in stock is physically with us and will be shipped directly to you from there when you order it.
Other products are shipped to you directly from a supplier in China or Korea, when you order them. And for some products, you can place a pre-order for them if they're not available yet. We've labelled each product on the product page so you know which category it falls into: "In Stock" "Dropshipped" or "Pre-Order"

Shipping Timelines
In stock
For items that are in stock at our warehouse, we aim to have them shipped to you within 5 business days of your order being placed.
Dropshipped
For items that are dropshipped from China, we aim to have them delivered to you within 1 month.
Pre-Order
For pre-order items, the expected availability date will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Surcharges
Why we surcharge?
Due to the nature of our dropshipped, its cheaper for you if we ship directly from source. This also makes it extremely difficult to calculate accurate shipping costs on our page.
So, to offset the extra shipping charges, we have created bolt-on items for those that wish to purchase our higher value items from these locations.
Items that require this are marked as such, and have a table in the product description listing what you should add to your basket depending on your location.
Items without the surcharge will not be shipped until the extra cost is covered, if you forget we will contact you within the same business day to arrange payment.
